1.Rewarding with departmental awards is made on the following grounds:
- in connection with professional holidays in the established area;
- when celebrating anniversaries of organizations (50 years, 100 years and every subsequent 50 years from the date of foundation of the organization);
- for individual outstanding achievements in an established area;
- to the anniversary dates from the birth of employees (50 years, 60 years, 70 years and then every 5 years).
2. The number of employees of the organization nominated for awarding with departmental awards is determined on the basis of - one person from 500 people working in the organization.
The number of employees of the organization, nominated for rewarding from the organization by the total number less than 500 people, is no more than one person per year.
3. Representations on rewarding employees of organizations and award lists in connection with the celebration of professional holidays, anniversaries of organizations and employees are sent to the Department of Trade and Services of the city of Moscow in a period of at least three months before the date of celebration... Documents received in violation of the above deadlines are not subject to consideration.
4. The next awarding of the departmental award is made for new merits and achievements not earlier than after three years after the previous awarding ceremony.

ABOUT THE MEDAL "FOR THE CONTRIBUTION TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE AGROINDUSTRIAL COMPLEX OF RUSSIA"
The Medal "For Contribution to the Development of the Russian Agroindustrial Complex" (hereinafter referred to as the Medal) is the highest departmental award of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and is presented in two types: gold and silver.
The description and drawing of the Medal are given in Appendix No. 1 to the Regulation on the Medal. The description of the certificate for the Medal is given in Appendix No. 2 to the Regulation on the Medal.
The Medal is awarded for merits in the development and strengthening of the agro-industrial complex, as well as Active participation in the implementation of the State Program for the Development of Agriculture and Regulation of Agricultural Products, Raw Materials and Food Markets for 2008 - 2012 (hereinafter referred to as the State Program), approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 14, 2007 N 446 (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2007, N 31 , art. 4080).
The medal is awarded:
employees of enterprises, organizations and institutions, regardless of their form of ownership, who have made a great contribution to improving the efficiency of agro-industrial production, the quality and competitiveness of products, as well as promoting them to the world market, mastering new types of products, advanced technologies, and for many years of conscientious work;
employees of educational and scientific institutions of the agro-industrial profile for their significant contribution to the development of educational, scientific, scientific-technical and innovative activities;
representatives of the creative intelligentsia for the creation of works that contribute to the formation of a positive image of the rural worker;
federal state civil servants, state civil servants of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and bodies local government for a great contribution to the strengthening and development of the agro-industrial complex and rural areas;
state, public and political figures of Russia and foreign countries who have made a significant personal contribution to the development of the agro-industrial complex;
organizations operating in the field of the agro-industrial complex, for achieving consistently high performance indicators;
the media for their constant attention to the problems of the development of the agro-industrial complex, the Russian countryside and contributing to the formation of a positive public opinion in this area of activity;
public associations for assistance in the implementation of the State program and a significant contribution to the development of the agro-industrial complex.
Those nominated for the Medal, as a rule, must have at least fifteen years of work experience in the relevant branch of the agro-industrial complex and must have been previously awarded the title "Honorary Worker of the Russian Agro-Industrial Complex", after which at least three years have passed.
The Medal is awarded, as a rule, once a year and is timed to coincide with professional holiday- Day of the agricultural worker and processing industry.
In some cases, the awarding of the Medal, by the decision of the Minister, can be carried out at other times.
The decision to award the Medal is formalized by the order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
The awarded medal and certificates are presented by the Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, his deputies or, on behalf of the Minister, by the head of the supreme executive body state power subject of the Russian Federation in a solemn atmosphere.
The Gold Medal is worn on the left side of the chest and is located below the state awards of the Russian Federation, the Silver Medal is worn on the left side of the chest and is located after the Gold Medal.
Repeated rewarding of gold and silver medals is not made. A duplicate of the Medal will not be issued to replace the lost one.
On the reverse side (reverse) - the inscription "For contribution to the development of the agro-industrial complex of Russia" in five lines.
In the lower part there is a relief image of a laurel half-wreath.
The gold medal is made of yellow metal, the silver medal is made of white metal.
The medal is connected with an eyelet and a ring to a pentagonal block covered with a green silk moire ribbon with a red stripe in the middle framed by narrow stripes of gold thread.
The shoe has a pin mount.
The width of the tape is 24 mm, the width of the gold stripes is 3 mm, the red one is 6 mm.

Gratitude of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - the Gratitude) is a departmental award of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - the Ministry).
The description and drawing of the Gratitude form are given in the appendix to the Statement of Gratitude.
Gratitude encourages:
persons employed in the field of agricultural production, food and processing industry, industrial science and education, social development villages, forestry complex;
federal state civil servants, state civil servants of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, municipal servants employed in the management of the agro-industrial and forestry complex;
public associations;
representatives of the media covering the problems of the development of the agro-industrial and forestry complex, the Russian countryside and contributing to the formation of a positive public opinion in this area of activity.

The state award system of the Russian Federation includes:
1. Medal "For labors in agriculture".
The medal "For Works in Agriculture" is awarded to citizens for their merits in the field of agriculture and their great contribution to the development of the agro-industrial complex, personnel training, scientific and other activities aimed at increasing the efficiency of agricultural production.

The honorary title "Honored Worker of Agriculture of the Russian Federation" is awarded to highly professional workers of the agro-industrial complex, including workers of peasants, farms, research institutions, organizers of agricultural production, machine operators, mechanical technicians, livestock technicians, agronomists, veterinarians, workers, engineering and scientists, for personal merits (list of merits).
Anniversary medals of the Russian Federation, awards established by federal government bodies and other federal government bodies, public authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, public and religious associations are not state awards of the Russian Federation.

2. Medal "For contribution to the development of the agro-industrial complex of Russia"... It is presented in two types: gold and silver. The Medal is awarded for many years of impeccable work, exemplary performance of official duties, professional skill and concrete contribution to solving problems in the field of agriculture, fishing, personnel training, scientific and other activities aimed at increasing the efficiency of agricultural production, for achieving high production and economic indicators , the introduction of advanced technologies and methods of work.
3. Title "Honored Worker of the Russian Agro-Industrial Complex"... The title of Honorary Worker is awarded for merits in the field of agriculture, fisheries and a great contribution to the development of the agro-industrial complex, personnel training, scientific and other activities aimed at increasing the efficiency of agricultural production.
4. Acknowledgment from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
Gratitude is announced for active participation in:
development, adoption and implementation of regional programs for the development of agriculture and regulation of markets for agricultural products, raw materials and food;
development, construction and commissioning of modern highly efficient agricultural and processing complexes;
preparation and holding of events at the regional, district, federal and international levels, contributing to the solution of pressing issues of the development of the agro-industrial complex.
