  • 50 g of vodka,

  1. The fillet must be divided into two parts and moistened with a little vodka and beet juice (it is possible without it).
  2. Then we put one half with the skin on a cling film, sprinkle with half a portion of salt and pepper, spread the dill, and put the second piece of fillet on it with the skin up.
  3. Then add the rest of the salt, and wrap everything in a film. Our salmon will spend the next 48 hours in the refrigerator.

Let's prepare products for baking fish.
We begin the preparation of carp by thoroughly washing it under running cold water. Then we blot with a dry towel and with a sharp knife we ​​make cuts on the back to the bone (do not completely cut the fish).
